Perhaps your intrusive thoughts have gotten so bad that you don’t know if you’ll ever be free from them. There is hope. Life can be hard and there is no road map. Living with trauma is tough, affecting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It can make you feel edgy, constantly on alert, and uneasy, even about simple things. This can lead to fatigue, difficulty focusing, and disrupted sleep. Emotionally, it can evoke fear, sadness, anger, and shame, impacting relationships and making it hard to trust or connect with others. Dealing with daily trauma can leave you feeling disconnected, vulnerable, and distressed. It takes strength to cope, and therapy and support can guide you toward feeling secure and empowered again.

How we’ll work together

  1. Free Consultation

To make sure this is the best fit for you, we will schedule a free 15 minute consultation. At that time, you’ll tell me specifics about why you are seeking therapy and I will determine how I can support you in that journey.

2. The Brave Work

We will meet weekly or biweekly for 50 minutes and delve deeper into the issues that brought you to therapy and you will gain coping tools to help you outside of session.

3. Moving Forward

We will regularly assess progress goals and once you have met those goals you will graduate from therapy! I am always available for clients that experience bumps in the road and would like to continue therapy on a monthly or as needed basis.
